As the year ends, the disheartening realization that burnout has stolen the eagerly awaited vacation highlights the need for active identification and prevention. While this isn’t officially diagnosed, psychologists theorize that it often involves elements of anxiety, and depression, or can be a consequence of these conditions. The experience varies from person to person, making it essential to recognize the signs and symptoms.
